Prior to her move to executive search, Chelsea was an executive for a leading global company for almost 20 years. Chelsea earned multiple awards for her leadership, her business acumen, and her ability to successfully manage others. Chelsea’s background allows her to understand the dynamics of running a company at an executive level as well as identify outstanding candidates that are a fit within the organization. When Chelsea takes on a company or a candidate, she listens keenly for what’s important to them and works to insure that any placements that are made are excellent strategic, sustainable fits for both the company and the candidate. Chelsea’s specialty is listening for what is needed and providing it.
Merrill began recruiting with The Sterling Group in 2017. Merrill brings energy, a science background, and a fresh, contemporary outlook to the team. Her focus is candidate development, interview management and company metrics. Merrill has a degree in Animal Science.
